1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" means the okbit website located at https://okbit.onl, including all sub-pages, features, games, betting markets, and services accessible through that domain.
• "okbit", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the okbit platform.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on the platform or accesses any service offered by okbit.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player on the platform following successful registration.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and bonus funds held within a Player's account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or reward amounts credited to a Player's account as part of a promotion, subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked on eligible games before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the platform, completing registration, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in full.
• You agree to be bound by these terms and any supplementary rules, policies, or guidelines published on the platform, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• All information provided to okbit during registration and at any subsequent point is accurate, complete, and current.

3 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account with okbit, you must at all times satisfy the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. okbit is strictly an adults-only platform. Individuals under 21 are prohibited from registering, depositing, or placing bets.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or affiliate of okbit, nor an immediate family member of any such person, when using the platform for real-money play.
• You must not be self-excluded from gambling services or subject to any court-ordered restriction on gambling activity.

4 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one account only on the okbit platform. Duplicate accounts — created using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, device identifiers, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited. okbit reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts and to void any bets or bonuses associated with them.

During registration you are required to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must promptly update your account details if any information changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. okbit will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify okbit immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

okbit reserves the right to require additional identity verification documentation at any time, including government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts may be restricted while verification is pending.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

okbit accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional methods may be added or removed at okbit's discretion; current available options are displayed on the Cashier page within your account.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit, though okbit may apply individual account-level limits in accordance with its responsible gaming policies. Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. okbit is not liable for delays caused by the payment provider's systems.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. okbit targets processing of withdrawal requests within 30 minutes for mobile banking transactions during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time). Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.

• Withdrawals will not be processed until all applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds have been satisfied.
• okbit reserves the right to perform additional identity and source-of-funds verification checks before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawal requests may be cancelled by the Player through the account dashboard before the request enters final processing status.
• okbit does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

okbit offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. The specific terms, wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts applicable to each promotion are detailed on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is presented.

• Bonus offers are available to Players who have a fully verified account in good standing.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified for each promotion. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will be forfeited if the wagering requirement is not met within the stated period.
• okbit reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or expire any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirements already in progress will be honoured to completion.
• Players who open multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or who use bonus funds in a manner inconsistent with normal gameplay patterns, may have their bonuses cancelled and their accounts reviewed.
• Free bets and free spins are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the same terms as cash bonuses unless specifically stated otherwise in the relevant promotion.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

By placing a bet or participating in any game on the okbit platform, you accept that:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bet cancellation is not available after confirmation unless okbit specifically permits it for a given market type.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error on any betting market, okbit reserves the right to void affected bets at its sole discretion, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all betting markets and game types. Current limits are displayed within the relevant market or game interface.
• All casino games are provided by certified third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Game outcomes are determined by the certified Random Number Generation systems of the respective providers. okbit does not influence individual game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical failure during a live casino session or sports bet, bets may be voided or settled based on available data at the time of the failure. okbit will apply the resolution most consistent with the available evidence and notify affected Players.
• Cricket betting markets on the platform — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers matches — are settled in accordance with official match results as published by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB). Protests, weather interruptions, and DLS method applications are handled in accordance with okbit's specific cricket betting rules available on the sports betting section of the platform.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the okbit platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and permanent ban:

• Opening or operating more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or verification.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage — including but not limited to arbitrage betting patterns designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, using the platform to process, transfer, or conceal funds of illegal origin.
• Sharing account credentials with third parties or allowing a third party to operate your account.
• Collusion with other Players or with any okbit employee to influence game outcomes or betting results.
• Any conduct that okbit, in its reasonable judgement, considers harmful to the integrity of the platform, other Players, or the reputation of okbit.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the okbit platform — including but not limited to the okbit brand name and logo, website design and layout, graphics, text, software code, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of okbit or is used under licence from the relevant rights holder. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the platform without okbit's prior written consent.

10 Privacy & Data

The collection, storage, and use of your personal data by okbit is governed by the okbit Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.

okbit collects personal data for the purposes of account administration, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and customer support. Data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and is not sold to third parties. 11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, okbit shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred through gambling activity on the platform.
• Loss of profit, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from use of or inability to use the platform.
• Interruptions to platform availability caused by maintenance, technical failures, third-party service provider outages, or events beyond okbit's reasonable control.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by the Player's payment provider.
• Unauthorised access to a Player's account resulting from the Player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

okbit reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to where:

• A Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• okbit has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• A Player fails to provide satisfactory identity or source-of-funds verification documents within the required timeframe.
• A Player has self-excluded from the platform and attempts to re-register.
• Continued operation of the account would expose okbit to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

Where an account is closed due to a Player's breach of these terms, any balance held in the account — including both real-money and bonus funds — may be forfeited at okbit's discretion. Where an account is closed for administrative reasons unrelated to Player breach, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players may close their own account at any time by contacting okbit support via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt. Any pending withdrawals will be completed before the account is closed.

13 Amendments to These Terms

okbit reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, okbit will notify registered Players via the email address on file or via an in-platform notification. The updated terms will take effect from the date specified in the notification.

Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 12. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

14 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Where disputes cannot be resolved through direct negotiation between the Player and okbit, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the appropriate competent authority.

The English language shall govern all communications and proceedings in connection with any dispute.
